2014 - 2020
- Provided application support for Purchase Order applications, Common Merchandising applications, JDA Allocation and Sizing for Hudson’s Bay, Home Outfitters, Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Saks OFF 5th merchant teams in North America and India within service level agreements ensuring application stability.
- Analyzed and optimized existing application processes where test script design, training documentation creation, steering User Acceptance Testing (UAT) were required, as well as acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the merchant and IT teams, which simplified the legacy processes by 30%.
- Identified the root cause of data integrity issues in Oracle, Gentran EDI, and a variety of in-house customized applications, facilitated merchant deliveries that affected more than 20 teams.
- Designed SQL queries to automate reports for various business teams, saving 4-5 working hours per week.

- Prepared sales analysis to immediate buyers and vendors, which helped to target the trended goods by generating and interpreting reports from MicroStrategy.
- Worked with the planner and buyer weekly to track in period and future receipts to balance to plan and to eliminate any foreseeable receipt issues.
- Created and maintained excellent vendor relationships by providing support through various processes such as vendor creation, item set-up, and issue resolution.
- Executed the marketing cadence with sample selection and submission, as well as ensured promotional events in HBC systems were aligned with marketing and the compliance of sales strategy was met.
